Westgate South Beach Oceanfront Resort Miami Beach, Miami Beach

I had a mixed experience at this resort. On one hand, the warm and friendly service from the staff made my stay more enjoyable, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. However, I encountered significant issues with room cleanliness and functionality that dampened my overall satisfaction. The room rates seem quite high, especially when compared to my expectations based on the amenities advertised.

I had a lovely time at Westgate South Beach. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for my family. Luis and the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel very welcomed. However, the noise from neighboring rooms and the high parking fees were definitely downsides. Overall, it was worth the experience, especially being so close to the beach.

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel, especially before our cruise. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, and the facilities were suitable for our young family.
